This is my second video piece, where I experimented with a more planned and structured way of working. The video is a trailer for an unreleased documentary following a character called Detective Cheque who is investigating the appearance of mysterious growths in the world.
The detective calls the documentary crew to record his investigation but because of his descent into madness, he forgets he's done this and is tormented by the constant filming.
The main idea behind this film was the feeling of constant surveillance and the inescapable feeling of being watched even when alone.
